Impact:

Our consultants successfully support VJCC in establishing brands in the market, such as the Keieijuku course—a business training program focused on training corporate executives based on Japan’s philosophy and advanced methods; the CEO course—an in-depth executive training for small and medium-sized enterprises in Hanoi; on-site training short courses at factories, etc.

Beyond providing support for course preparation, implementation, and evaluation, our consultants continuously innovate new themes and propose new courses to meet practical needs, such as Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Digital Transformation in Production, Sales Management, Customer Experience Management, Digital Transformation Strategy, and ESG-SDGs Management Strategy.

Moreover, in cooperation with JICA, we continuously facilitate connections between Vietnamese SMEs who actively participate in VJCC courses and Japanese companies through business networking events and company visits in both countries.

OTHER SUPPORT CASES

DI supported a global transportation company in Vietnam

A leading Japanese transportation company explored prospective business development and capital investment opportunities in Vietnam, targeting both B2B and B2C transportation segments. The B2B segment focused on traditional services for domestic manufacturing, distribution, and retail activities, while the B2C segment concentrated on the rapidly growing e-commerce market.

DI supported a global consumer finance company

A client exploring the auto-lending market in Vietnam faced a significant challenge: the absence of a reliable credit rating system, which prolonged screening processes and increased the risk of ineffective decision-making. These inefficiencies created barriers to market growth and constrained the ability of lenders to extend loans confidently.
