A global shipping carrier, having solidified its presence across the logistics value chain, sought to expand its operations in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar. The focus was on developing prospective business opportunities and capital investment in retailing and manufacturing sectors geared toward exports. Key product categories included Apparel/Lifestyle, Electronics, Chemicals, and FMCG. The project aimed to gather market intelligence on emerging business opportunities, analyze logistics demand characteristics, and identify potential business partners for collaboration and M&A activities within these markets.
