The sense of reward and recognition our team received from industry professionals further highlights the impactful and fulfilling experiences our employees encountered during their first projects at DI SEA.

My first project was evaluating the hydrogen energy market in Indonesia. I worked in a team of three, alongside Aki-san and Yuriko-san as the project leads. It was challenging at first because I had to quickly adjust to the output style, especially in structuring complex and often unclear information. In the end, we managed to deliver our presentation at a seminar, and it was rewarding to see our hard work recognized by industry professionals.
My first project in DI is about developing an ecosystem for startups. This project involve a lot stakeholder including government, start up,big business and others. To connect this stakeholders and build a long-term ecosystem is an exciting process and learning experience.
It was a market entry project for a FMCG company from Japan. The topic was so much interesting that I kept thinking about it days, and nights. My ideas got challenged aggressively, so did my critical sense. It was really inspiring.
My first project was fun & eye-opening. I helped an Japanese companies - a current share holder of a spin-off company from VN university to explore commercialization opportunities for their core tech. This project was challenging as well as the stakeholder I dealt with was tech person with limited exposure to biz world
My first project at DI SEA was both challenging and exciting, as it involved the rapidly growing EV industry. Working under Andy-san, the General Director of DI Vietnam, I had the opportunity to explore this fascinating market and contribute to strategic insights. My role was mainly to support Dara, a senior associate, and her guidance was instrumental in helping me navigate the complexities of the project and ensure its success.
My first project at Dream Incubator SEA was a social impact initiative focused on creating one of Indonesia's first impact funds. Being part of such a pioneering project was incredibly exciting, as it allowed me to contribute to meaningful change while working on a groundbreaking venture in the region
