Recently, I have been developing my stakeholder management skills as some projects required me to navigate communication between external and internal parties. I think this is important for me to handle project more effectively in terms of outcome and timeline.
I learned more on how to create collaboration with companies, start up and their stakeholder, to build partnership that are win-win for all parties involved
If you're practicing case interviews, 'hypothesis-driven' approaches are frequently emphasized, especially in candidate-led interviews. When I was mastering case interviews, I didn't fully grasp the power of being hypothesis-driven. Thankfully, DI taught me why having a hypothesis (also called an 'output image') is such a powerful tool. It helps navigate projects and saves time during problem-solving. Additionally, developing a hypothesis early helps me anticipate upcoming problems and challenges
A new skill I’ve recently learned at DI is how to structure and present complex business insights more concisely and effectively. This has significantly improved my ability to communicate key recommendations clearly to clients, making meetings and deliverables more efficient and impactful.
One of the key skills I’ve recently developed at Dream Incubator is stakeholder management, particularly when working with government entities. This skill has been invaluable in navigating complex regulatory environments, building stronger relationships, and ensuring smooth project execution, ultimately making my work as a consultant more efficient and effective
